Kevin E. Kubitskey

Kevin spent his career on the front lines of law enforcement and the military before founding Tharsis Investigations — closing his career as a Sergeant with the Pima County Sheriff's Department after years in patrol and investigations, and serving as a Reconnaissance/Scout Sniper in the United States Marine Corps.

That background is the foundation of every case Tharsis Investigations takes on: documentation discipline learned from real courtroom exposure, surveillance tradecraft built from actual fieldwork, and a clear understanding of exactly where the legal line sits — because crossing it was never an option in uniform, and it isn't one now.
